You can ask about bellow three cases on the Village: Commune. Use 'Submit' on the tumblr menu-bar. You don't need a tumblr account to do this. Also, you can use the 'Garden of Hippies' on the Facebook too.
As an introduction or a work
Admin can post your works on somewhere of village blogs. You don't need to know about blogger but, you need to talk about it.
As a village page
Your page will be linked on the side-bar of your city. There are two ways when you want to make your page for your link list.
First, you can use a page on your site. Admin will link the page at your city. If you don't have got your site, village admin can make your page on your city. Just ask it.

Second, you can be an admin of your city to link your page and use your city.
As a site link
