One post is your page.
This 'Page' is a link list.
Follow these step to make your page.
Click 'Powered by Blogger' on the bottom of the City - Post title 'Your name' - Go to the 'Blogger - Layout' of the City again - HTML/ JavaScript are in the 'Sidebar' section. Click it. - Put your post's link as your name.
: You can know your post's url. Click the title of that post. You need it when you make your link.
