Join In as an admin or blogger

You can get admin right of your city to edit that blog. You will get 3 E-mails, for your city blog  and 'Living Place' and 'Village Center'.

This is the detail process. Let admin know your G-mail address with that city name where you want.

Admin will register your Google E-mail at that blog like this.  'Blogger - Setting - Blog Authors - Add authors -  Your G-mail address - Invite'.

Now, You will get an E-mail on your G-mail. If you allow it, you can post with your G-mail sign in. then, Admin will permit you as an admin from an author.

Your Page

You can publish one post as your 'Page'. And then link your page on the right side menu bar of your city as your name. 

That post can contain all what you want. Posts on your personal blog or on your city blog, include your site URL. This 'Page' is your collection.
